Following our two year Parcel Force contract, our nationwide network of appliance engineers are now producing comprehensive and photographically supported claim reports in just minutes using our state of the art Intelligent Pens.

It's simple really:

• The engineer fills out our specially designed paper form
• The pen interprets and records everything that is written
• The engineer takes photographs of the damage, using the Intelligent Pen
• When the engineer has finished, it takes 14 seconds for the pen to transfer all that information back to the TRS office, where it is transferred automatically onto the CAIR system
• Using the information provided, TRS either settle the claim or inform you, the principle, and await your instruction
